非常不錯，酒店是我早就看中的，入住后也的確符合我們的預期，很喜歡，前臺的女生都非常不錯，基本中文溝通都沒問題，入住期間解決了我們很多問題，感謝????，早餐也很棒，可以自助也可以點餐，整個體驗都很棒，一定會再回來的

とても素敵なホテルで、チェンマイに來ることがあったらまた是非宿泊したいです。スタッフの方達の心地いい接客や、素敵なロビー、水やアイスの無料のサービスなども充実しており、とてもリラックスして過ごすことができました。客室も清潔で、必要なアメニティが揃っており、シャワーの溫度、水圧ともに十分で、ドライアーも十分な風量があります。また、無料で自転車を借りることができ、チェンマイの街を探索することができます。選べる朝食メニューではパンケーキを注文しましたが、可愛く盛り付けられた季節のフルーツと一緒に提供されて、とても良い一日の始まりになりました。また泊まりに行きます。

When we arrived, we were greeted by Ms IMM and she is so helpful and friendly to checkin for us. The hotel is beautiful and a good location. All the staffs are so polite and helpful. We upgraded to a bigger room and the room was beautiful. We had breakfasts in the hotel everyday and the food are delicious. The hotel even decorated swans and give us chocolate for our anniversary. We both had a wonderful time staying in the hotel. Will definitely stay there again if we come back to Chiang Mai.

此行非常滿意的酒店。酒店擁有非常漂亮的 lobby 和大堂吧，check in的時候，前臺服務人員熱情，安排我在大堂吧坐下，歡迎飲品和點心直接送上，服務人員過來蹲下服務。還贈送了芒果飯和特色美食的餐券，非常貼心。酒店大堂提供免費的礦泉水，飲料，冰淇淋等，從外面游覽回來可以快速降暑。早餐有幾種套餐可以選兩個，然后還有自助部分可以現場自取，非常豐富；我入住的房型，早餐也可以送到池畔陽臺上用餐。房間中規中矩，該有的都有，就我比較看重床品來説，非常舒服，這里入住的兩晚是我睡眠質量最好的兩晚。當然啦，南洋風的老建筑，不可避免在木質門窗，門鎖等方面使用的比較舊，不苛求就好。地理位置不錯，就在帕辛寺門口，2 分鐘就有網紅咖啡 Akha Ama Phrasingh，5 分鐘就是連鎖 SPA Makkha Health&Spa，附近還有一家泰北料理餐廳，便宜又好吃 CHUM Northern Kitchen

Excellent excellent excellent. Surprised birthday welcome was such a nice touch. Staff members were polite and charming at the same time. The aircon situation could have been better but manageable. There’s no lifts but staff members helped with suitcases situation so there’s no worries there. Free shuttle to Jin jang market and ninman was a plus. Breakfast options were just right. Complimentary after noon high tea and lunch was also included during my stay. Easy walking distance to historic spots and temples within the four walls of all city. The famous Sunday Market is just seconds away from the hotel.

Since my arrival was on Sunday afternoon, I stayed near the Sunday market. The overall atmosphere was antique and all the staff were friendly. The only downside was that there was no elevator, but they carried all my luggage. The location is a big advantage within the old town.
